A minimum of two nominations is required for an award category to be considered.

Colleges are requested to conduct an internal selection and nominate one outstanding candidate for each applicable category.

Applications must be submitted before the notified deadline and must use the prescribed category format.

Applicants/nominees must fully meet the eligibility criteria for the chosen category.

Supporting documents must verify achievements and qualifications. Where the circular requires attestation, upload attested copies.

An independent panel of judges will evaluate nominations and its decision is final.

Evaluation may consider academic excellence, professional contributions, leadership and overall impact.

Nomination material will be treated as confidential and used for award evaluation.

Awardees are expected to attend the formal presentation ceremony personally wherever possible.

A nominee shall not be from among Council Members, Chairman or Honorary Secretary of any Local Centre.
