Browse events →Four coordinator evaluation areas are each rated 1–5: planning, communication, delivery and participant experience. Their combined score forms the 100-point evaluation. If at least three approved participant feedback ratings exist, the final score uses 75% coordinator evaluation and 25% participant rating. Registrations and attendance are shown separately and can be used to sort results; they do not inflate the evaluation score. Assessments are entered by authorised administrators and are not independent audits. *Feedback is shown in the score only with three or more approved submissions.
